An exquisite oolong harvested in the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong, China. The tea is fragrant and toasty, with notes of luscious stone fruit, delicate orchid, and honey. The traditional name of this tea, Mi Lan Xiang, translates to: "Honey Orchid Fragrance."

Brewing Instructions:  

• 2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
• 185ºF/85ºC  (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 2 minutes, and proceed.) 
• Brew 4-6 minutes
• Good for 2 infusions
